Description

Family estate for 3 generations of 10 ha in Organic Agriculture located in the commune of Barsac.

We cultivate 10 hectares of vines on limestone and marl soils.
We produce two Clairette de Die as well as new products:
- Clairette de Die Tradition using the ancestral method of organic grapes (blend of 97% Muscat à petits grains and 3% Clairette Blanche).
- Clairette de Die Brut in Traditional Organic method (100% Clairette Blanche)
-IGP Drôme Red, Rosé and White Organic
-Organic Rosé Muscat Rouge sparkling wine
-100% Organic Muscat White Grape Juice
The whole is produced in Organic Agriculture certified by Ecocert and certified High Environmental Value.
We sell these products directly from our tasting/sales cellar.
