Description
This beautiful hike leads through the woods to a viewpoint frequented by chamois, at the edge of the dizzying cliffs of the Grands Goulets.
The Révoulat belvedere overlooks the Vernaison gorges from a dizzying height.
You arrive at a belvedere with a beautiful view of the historic Grands Goulets road.

Departure from the Croix du Chatelard towards "le Belvédère" by taking a track which leads to "Grand Serre" then "Revoulat" and "l'Aigue", before continuing on a pretty path and reaching "Le Belvédère" (watch out for children at the edge of the cliff); The return to the "Croix du Chatelard" is via "Rochers d'Echevis", "les Rochas" then "Grand Cros" and the hamlet of Revoux. From there, a final climb sheltered by boxwood groves conditions the return to the start of this magnificent walk.
Two possible variants: one with a departure and arrival from the village of La Chapelle en Vercors lasting 4h30. The other with a departure and arrival from the "Croix du Châtelard" in 2h30.
