Family Aromatherapy Workshop at the Distillerie des 4 Vallées

Led by a medicinal plant grower with aromatherapy training, you will discover the basics of aromatherapy and the safe use of essential oils for the whole family in a small group setting. Each participant will leave with their own creation.

Accompanied by a medicinal plant producer with a diploma in aromatherapy, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the basics of aromatherapy through essential oils and their benefits.
Prepare for an olfactory journey through the history of essential oils and their production. Before you begin creating your own blend, let our instructor guide you through the proper techniques and rules for using essential oils at home. Then, after the theory, it's time for practice: you'll create one of the suggested oil blends: a roll-on for winter ailments or bruises, a cosmetic lotion (aftershave, makeup remover, anti-blemish) or dermatological lotion (eczema, diaper rash, allergies), an inhaler stick for colds, or an essential oil blend to help you fall asleep, purify the air, or relieve a cold.
