After a guided tour of the farm and mill to discover the secrets of walnut cultivation, settle down under the trees for a delicious and generous aperitif and dinner. Enjoy our sweet and savory walnut-based specialties, accompanied by cheeses and charcuterie from Ferme des Caillats in Saint Jean en Royans, all washed down with a glass of homemade walnut wine, a beer from the Nyris brewery, or organic apple juice from Ferme Philibert.

Localisation
The farm is located on the D1092 between Saint Hilaire du Rosier and Saint Marcellin. As you leave Saint Hilaire du Rosier (village), opposite the field of photovoltaic panels, follow the path between the walnut trees marked with a sign "Nuts, oils and derivative products / La Belle Noix / Moulin La Belle Huile", then continue to the end of the path.
