Description

The cycling adventure continues at the foot of the southern slope of the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park - Unesco Global Geopark.

This stage of La Belle Via takes you to the Cœur de Savoie vineyard, labeled “Vignobles et Découvertes”. From village to village, you cycle from SaintJean-de-Porte to Montmélian. Along the way, the lakes of Grésy-sur-Isère and Carouge, suitable for swimming, allow you a relaxing cool stop with a view of the surrounding massifs, the tip of Arcalod which peaks at 2 m and the Grand Mont d' Arêches whose summit rises to 217 m.
