Large 50 m² apartment in the village of Vassieux en Vercors, ideal for 2 people (up to 4 people)
Warm atmosphere, lots of wood. Large bay window facing south. South-facing terrace with table and chairs.
Large living room/kitchen with 12 m² south-facing terrace.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Bedroom with 2 beds, 2mx0,9m, which can be joined together.
Adjoining shower room with sink.
Rooms upstairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Independent WC.
Central heating from the communal wood-fired heat network.
Opening
From 05/01 to 18/12/2026 every day.

The apartment was designed with an environmental objective in mind: good insulation with wood wool, high-performance triple-layer glazing, use of wood (wood frame, joists, lining, etc.)
Heating on the collective wood heating network.
Provision of bins for selective collection and composting.
Use of eco-friendly cleaning products. We have been awarded the PARTNER Inspiration Vercors label because we have met more than 80% of the expected commitments, particularly in terms of environmental protection. This specifically reflects our actions to promote air quality, water resource conservation, local procurement, biodiversity, waste management, and reduced energy consumption.
