The gîte les deux sources is a pleasant 145m² holiday home, located in a cul-de-sac, practical and enjoying the comfort of a real home. This is the setting for your next exotic and rejuvenating holiday. Chunyan and Manöel welcome you to their property but you benefit from a separate entrance. The layout is as follows: on the ground floor, the bright living room with its colors and 3 glass doors opening onto the southwest-facing exterior is composed of the functional kitchen, the pleasant living room and the comfortable lounge near the TV, a separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 1 for 4 people (1x160x200) (2x90x200) (1x160x200) (1x160x200; 2x90x200 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. For your exclusive use: terrace, garden, parking. A quiet and relaxing place, ideal for sharing beautiful holidays and weekends, prepare your suitcases! Animals present on our side: goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, dog... Only 45 minutes from Valence and 1 hour from Grenoble, St Laurent en Royans, bordering Isère, is an essential point of passage for anyone wanting to discover Royans - Vercors. The village has shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, mini-market, bar tobacco press, pizzeria, brasserie, hairdresser) and the region offers excellent opportunities for trails. Nature and hiking lovers will be delighted (walks, bicycles, mountain bikes). After exploring the caves of Thaïs and Choranche, the aqueduct and the paddle steamer of St Nazaire en Royans and the abbey of Léoncel you can taste the trout of Vercors, ravioli and the queen walnuts of the valley. Not forgetting the steep cliffside roads of Combe Laval and the Bourne Gorges. In 30 minutes you can reach the Vercors High Plateaux and the ski resorts of Herbouilly and Font d'Urle, a summer and winter playground.
