Description
The Chapel of La Mure is dedicated to St. Mamertus. It was long a place of pilgrimage. Further up on the right, admire the remains of very old windmills.
Depart from Vassieux en Vercors, heading towards Le Château via Les Bourgets, La Frache and then La Mure. From Le Château, take the road for about 400m before taking a path on the left that leads to Les Sables and then to Sapin d'Aimé.
From there, the path becomes hilly but still very pleasant and rolling until La Mure, from where you reach the village via Les Chèvres, La Grande Peyrouse and Pourlette.
