Step-by-step itinerary

Access to the start from the bottom of the resort by taking the chairlift. Summit of the chairlift (alt. 1500m), quickly leave the downhill ski slopes to the right, climbing slightly towards the picnic tables then the Collet de Sapiau.

Once arrived at Sapiau Pass (alt. 1510m) Enjoy a magnificent panorama as you follow the ridges. Climb up to the But de Sapiau.

Then, the route follows the ridge line for a few dozen meters before plunging to the left (at a post) to reach and cross a good part of the Bois Rond.

In this one, the route goes to the right then crosses meadows to reach the chairlift, passing to the left of the snow barriers.
