Roche Rousse Farm transforms its milk into exceptional products: Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage cheese and other delicacies. Committed to a quality approach, respect for the environment, and guaranteeing authentic products.
Established in the heart of the Vercors massif for over 20 years, this farm uses the milk of 35 dairy cows from the Montbéliarde and Villarde breeds, emblematic of the region. This artisanal expertise gives rise to exceptional products, including Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage AOP, Saint Marcellin IGP, cooked pressed cheeses, fresh cheese, faisselles, yogurts, dulce de leche, and raw milk.
Visitors can discover these unique flavors directly on the farm, where know-how and love of the land combine to offer a gourmet and authentic experience, in harmony with the natural heritage of the Vercors.
