From the Balenne post (alt. 1180m) , at the entrance to the Raphaël Poiré stadium, go to the La Trompe post (alt. 1200m) . Just before the reception area of the biathlon stadium, turn right onto a slope which climbs quite steeply for a few meters to reach a track.

Cross the track and take the opposite path which continues to climb before going back down to the road.

Cross the road and reach the Col de St Alexis signpost (alt. 1222m) then follow the track which runs along the side of the Nève mountain for 2,5km.

Turn right and go down into the woods to join another track in the Nève valley.

Follow her downhill.

At the next intersection, turn right onto the "leaf path." The path is generally flat and then begins to descend slightly.

At the crossroads, turn right and go back up to the road.

Cross the road and take the opposite road to return to the starting car park.
