Prepare for your trip with our regularly updated road information. Snow, roadworks, unforeseen events—the roads of the Vercors Massif can sometimes take you down some pretty daunting backroads!

Before setting off, check road conditions and adapt your equipment: snow tires or special equipment are mandatory in the mountains at certain times. Don't forget that traveling in Royans-Vercors also means adapting to a road network that can be narrow and winding.

Sharing the road with cyclists, who are numerous on our passes, is essential for everyone's safety: adopt courteous driving habits and keep your distance when overtaking.

Finally, consider the tranquility of the locals and the places you're traveling through. The drone of some vehicles in villages or on mountain passes can be very resonant. So take the time to enjoy the scenery while driving quietly!

Despite our best efforts, and as we are not the road manager, unforeseen events can still occur, such as road closures at the last minute. If you notice any changes or unforeseen events, please report them to us so that other users can be informed.

Thank you for your vigilance, and have a good trip in Royans-Vercors!
