In the heart of the Vercors Park, in the nature and meadows of Vassieux (D178 10m), Corinne and Nicolas welcome you to their large stone family house (2 gîtes + 3 guest rooms).
In the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, close to the Hauts Plateaux reserve, the location is privileged, 1h30 from Valence and Grenoble and 2h30 from Lyon. 2km from the center of the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors (D178) summer and winter, you will be spoiled for choice: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, biathlon, caving, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, magnificent caves (Luire cave, Draye Blanche cave, Choranche cave), historical sites and memory of the Resistance and maquis of Vercors (memorial and museum) and local specialties: ravioles, Vercors blue cheese, trout, Clairette de Die, walnuts. Perfect for skiers, you'll be located at the crossroads of the resorts of Font d'Urle (8km), Col de Rousset (12km), Herbouilly (25km) and 1 hour from Villard-de-Lans. All year round, the gîtes L'Affut Douillet and Le Grand Veymont are an ideal base camp for planning your excursions in a natural bubble that will delight young and old alike.
Corinne and Nicolas are taking over and continuing the family business that has existed since the 90s and was once a guest house. The gîte L'affut douillet is located on the same floor as the gîte Le Grand Veymont n°G364012. The layout is as follows, on the ground floor: shared entrance with "Le Grand Veymont", shared washing machine and private storage space to store your ski equipment, sled, poles, snowshoes or dry your boots. Upstairs (corridor shared with "Le Grand Veymont"): living room, 1 bedroom (bedding of your choice 2x80x200 or 1x160x200), bathroom, separate toilet. Outside on the garden level facing east of the house: shared space. The gîtes are located in a farmhouse adjoining 2 houses. On request: possibility of storing your bicycles and motorcycles in the garage.
