It is located at the foot of the Col de Rousset, at an altitude of 1 m, above the Hameau du Rousset.
It is therefore at the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park. Close to the Hauts Plateaux Natural Area, accessible on foot from its site.
It is entirely paneled and all its furniture is made of wood.
