Description
Detached house with garden in the heart of the village of Vassieux en Vercors.
House built in 1902, restored following the events of July 1944. Later became a holiday camp and has since been completely renovated.
Large living room (50m²) and kitchen, large entrance hall, 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds, 90 with 2 single beds), 3m² in total.
Central heating on communal heat network using wood chips, wood stove, private garden, 2 bathrooms.
Rooms on upper floors, not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Outdoor tables and shade sail.
