The gîte adjoins another rented property and shares the following common facilities: a summer kitchen with gas griddle, a summer lounge, a
games room with ping-pong and billiards tables, a fitness room and a washing machine. Cyclist friendly with bicycle storage. On the ground floor the cottage has a private terrace, a large living room / equipped kitchen of 50m2, a toilet with shower. Upstairs there is a large
double bedroom (140x190), two large bedrooms with two single beds each (90x190) and a shower room
