The apartment, at an altitude of 1100 m, is ideally located to fully enjoy summer and winter stays in the heart of the Vercors.

The cottage is located 1 km from the Nordic ski/biathlon/snowshoe and dog sledding stadium, as well as 15 minutes from the Font d'Urle resorts and 9 minutes from the Col du Rousset for downhill skiing.
Close to the start of various hiking trails. GR GTV Mountain biking route, horse riding... which will give you access to the wild and protected areas of the Vercors
2 km from the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors, close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacconist, etc.), the accommodation is on one level, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance and including all the necessary comforts.
Very easy access and parking in private parking, on the edge of the D76.
