We love this authentic cottage, surrounded by tall fir trees and right next to a river, very pleasant in summer!

In the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, the cottage is located 2 km from the village of St Martin en Vercors where you will find shops (bakery, grocery store, bar/tobacco, restaurant, etc.). 1h30 from Lyon and 1h15 from Valence and Grenoble, between La Chapelle en Vercors and St Julien en Vercors, the spot is ideal for enjoying the joys of the mountains in summer and winter. You will be in the pre-alpine massif of Vercors. Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, hikers or contemplators, come and recharge your batteries in this mountain environment. Many special sites: the Grands Goulets (tunnel), the Pas de l'Allier, the Pas de l'Âne, the Vierge du Vercors, Rochers de l'Allier, Via corda... Not forgetting the Nordic resort of Herbouillly, the family resorts of Font d'Urle and Col de Rousset and further afield the neighboring and border area of ​​Villard de Lans-Corrençon (27km).

Gîte adjoining the owners' home with separate entrance. Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room, dining area and lounge area (1x140 sofa bed), TV, armchair, shower room/WC (shower curtain). Upstairs: shower room/WC (shower curtain) and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds or a double bed (2x80 or 1x160), the second bedroom has a double bed (1x160) and access to a balcony, the third, smaller bedroom has two single beds including a bunk bed (2x90). From the ground floor living room, access to the terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, the space is enclosed with two gates. Crossing the road (little traffic), grassy area to be shared with the owners: picnic table, sun loungers and river access for swimming. 2 to 3 parking spaces on the property. Close to the D103.
