This renovated cottage in an old farmhouse is located between St Thomas and St Jean en Royans, it is the ideal place for a few days' trip to discover Royans-Vercors. Hiking and mountain biking trails start in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. 3 km from the cottage: restaurants, supermarket, grocery store, medical center, electric terminal... Nearby: Thaïs cave, paddle boat, water museum and hanging houses of Pont en Royans, Choranche cave, Bournillon cirque, medieval village of Saint Antoine l'Abbaye... The Font d'Urle resort and the Nordic area of ​​Herbouilly are 40 minutes from the cottage. The Col du Rousset is 45 minutes away, as is Corrençon-en-Vercors. Between Drôme and Isère, you will be in the Vercors Regional Natural Park, less than 1 hour from Grenoble, 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon and 30 minutes from the TGV station in Valence.

Apartment adjoining a future gîte (work in progress), the owners live on site. Independent entrance, parking on site and enclosed grounds. Access to the accommodation by 3 steps and a small path to the private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, charcoal barbecue). Entrance through the living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with sofa, TV, wood stove. One bedroom with a double bed (1x160) and a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90). Both have a skylight and storage. Shower room (walk-in shower with curtain, sink, towel dryer) and separate toilet (sanibroyeur). The facade of the gîte has not yet been redone, it will be at the same time as the facade of the second gîte, currently being fitted out.
