It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room 25m² with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine intended to sleep 3 people (1x160x200 and 1x80x200 available as an extra bed). For your exclusive use: balcony 16m² South-West exposure with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you. Access to the gîtes ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note, the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited to those under 18 alone. Only 1 hour from Valence and Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon, in the Léoncel - Saint Jean en Royans - Vassieux en Vercors triangle, the Dragoux gîtes offer you a unique place in the heart of an isolated clearing in unspoiled nature. In the fall season, the address is idyllic for observing and listening to the roar of the deer! Eric has passionately renovated this 4th-century hayloft. A successful project, the house now houses 2 adjoining studios for 5 to 14 people, which can accommodate up to 20 people. You won't have time to get bored between the calm, the view, the discovery of Royans-Vercors (hiking, canyoning, skiing (Font d'Urle resort 20km away), historical sites, spectacular passes and roads, culinary specialties...), the wellness area.
