It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200). For your exclusive use: 9m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will welcome you in a friendly atmosphere. Access to the gîtes ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your pets and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note: the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited for children under 18. One hour from Valence or Grenoble, and two hours from Lyon, the Gîtes des Dragoux welcome you to a peaceful clearing between Léoncel, Saint-Jean-en-Royans, and Vassieux-en-Vercors. This former 14th-century farm building, lovingly transformed by Éric, now houses four cozy studios, perfect for a nature stay in a small group (up to 20 people). In autumn, the location is ideal for listening to the roar of the deer.
