The Chevreuil gîte is adjoining the Cerf and Chamois gîtes and has a connecting door that can be opened on request with the Chamois n°G59012. It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200). For your exclusive use: 8m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, tourist information, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you. Access ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note, the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited for children under 18. Between forests, cliffs, and valleys, the Gîtes des Dragoux are nestled in the heart of a natural haven between Léoncel, Saint-Jean-en-Royans, and Vassieux-en-Vercors, 1 hour from Valence or Grenoble. This former 4th-century hayloft has been carefully restored by Éric to become a warm and welcoming place composed of 14 adjoining studios, which can accommodate up to 20 people. Surrounded by nature, it is a privileged spot to observe the deer bellow in autumn. Summer and winter, the region is full of activities: hiking, canyoning, skiing in Font d'Urle, local gastronomy, spectacular roads, and historic sites. XNUMX minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans offers all the shops you need for a practical and pleasant stay.
