Arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex as follows: 1st level living room including kitchen/living room/lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine intended for sleeping 3 people (1x160x200,1, 80x190x8 available as an extra bed). For your exclusive use: 3m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 2 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 950 minutes away by car (500m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you. Access ends with 18m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note, the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited for children under 1.
