Hermès is laid out on one level. The entrance opens onto the living room/lounge, impressive for its generous surface area (50m²) and high ceilings. The kitchen with its central island adjoins the terrace (bay window). The corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and the separate toilet. Each bedroom benefits from its own atmosphere and private bathroom. The "Edgar Poe" bed 140x190, TV, shower room/toilet. The "Arthur Rimbaud" 2 beds 90x200, TV, shower room/toilet, terrace access. The "Jim Morrison" bed 180x200, TV, shower room/toilet, terrace access. Just for you: wellness area (spa, massage table, elliptical bike), south-facing terrace, parking space, 2-car garage. To share with our 2 gîtes Vénus, Hélios: in the basement the games room equipped with billiards, table football, TV, board games, library, piano, toilet. To share with Annabelle: the laundry room in the basement (washing machine and dryer). Travel cot, high chair and bathtub are available on request. In the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, in a forest setting, 5 minutes from the Col de l'Écharasson, road parallel to the picturesque and vertiginous road of Combe Laval, the location is privileged. Only 1 hour from Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon, summer and winter, you will be spoiled for choice for sports and leisure activities or for relaxing on the terrace. For skiers: Font d'Urle (17km), Herbouilly (38km), Col du Rousset (40km). Depending on the season and your desires: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, dog sledding, biathlon, caving, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking. But also magnificent caves (Luire, Draye Blanche, Choranche caves), places of history and memory (Resistance and maquis du Vercors) and local specialties: ravioles, Vercors blue cheese, trout, clairette de Die, walnuts... All year round Hermès, Vénus and Hélios are an ideal base camp to plan your excursions in a bubble of nature that will disorient young and old.
