Description
In the heart of the Nordic area of Herbouilly, the Auberge de Roybon welcomes skiers and hikers. Enjoy traditional cuisine and dishes from around the world in an idyllic forest setting.
For lunch, served exclusively between 12:00 and 14:00, the chef offers daily suggestions to discover on the blackboard. Many typical mountain dishes delight the taste buds.
In the afternoon, after a beautiful hike, a gourmet break or snack awaits you from 16:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.
In the evening, dinner is available upon reservation, which must be made 72 hours in advance. A single menu is then presented. Due to the small size of the team, service begins at 19:00 p.m., at the same time as that of the hostel's guests.
Authentic mountain-flavored picnics are available to take away upon request, at least 48 hours in advance.
The restaurant is located 10 minutes from Saint-Martin-en-Vercors and 30 minutes from Villard-de-Lans by car. In winter, access is possible on skis, on foot, or on snowshoes. In summer, it is recommended to park in the Nordic area car park, then reach the establishment on foot via a pleasant forest trail of approximately 500 meters, in excellent condition. For people with reduced mobility, access by car is still possible.
