From the parking lot, behind the information panels, reach the small gate of the "Cross-Country Ski Center" (alt. 1085m). Enter the fenced park (please close the gate), and cross it towards an isolated tree near the bottom of the forest. Behind it, go through a second gate (also to be closed).

Climb into the woods, turning left at the first fork. After a bend, reach the "Scialet Félix" crossroads (alt. 1100m, several "danger" signs along the path).

Turn right onto the track, then, before the end of the track, turn left into the woods. At the "Mandement" intersection (alt. 1090m), turn right then immediately left.

Walk through a light undergrowth near the meadow. At the corner, at the intersection of the "Foire aux Fayards" (alt. 1117m), go up to the left on a path between two conifer plantations. Further up, the path turns to the right.

At the end of a small road (already old tarmac), cross over and continue along the track opposite. Still following the yellow-green markings, reach the "Pot de la Muette" crossroads (alt. 1195m). Turn left.

To return, walk for a long time on this small tarmac road through the undergrowth. At the "Combe Noire" intersection (alt. 1128m), continue straight ahead.

Further on, leave a track on the left towards the "Fontaine de la Lauze" (alt. 1130m). Don't hesitate to make the round trip in 5 minutes to discover with pleasure this small pool carved into the rock.

Continue on the tarmac, reach the "Pra Courrier" crossroads (alt. 1070m) and further on join the departmental road.

Then turn left, join "Lente" (alt. 1071m) and continue straight ahead to return to the Cross-Country Ski Center by road.
