Vincent Prud'homme – Mindful Walking and Snowshoeing -
He has been a medium mountain guide for over 20 years and a yoga and meditation instructor.
Gentle snowshoeing outing
A gentle activity, suitable for everyone, snowshoeing allows you to travel in a respectful manner and discover trails that are sometimes inaccessible on foot.
Relaxation, connection to oneself, to the hushed flavors of the mountain under the snow.
Mindful walking
Connect the mind and body by synchronizing your breathing with your steps. There's no goal to achieve, no place to go. The goal is to be attentive to your own sensations.
Patricia Olive – Yoga – Body Awakening
She offers gentle, deep yoga, based on body alignment, body/mind balance, fundamentals (balance, flexibility, alignment, breathing, relaxation, grounding)
Marie Paule Ghilain – Massages
She has been massaging for many years using the relaxing and invigorating Manoki® method, which she adapts to each person's needs with a specific protocol that connects body and mind.
Maryn Latroye – Lifeguard –
Specializes in aquafitness, among other things:
Gentle and effective: Water reduces impact on joints while providing natural resistance to tone muscles. A way to enjoy all the benefits of a complete workout in the water.
Romain Ribeiro - Environmental Educator
A native of the Vercors region, he has a genuine affection for this mountain range, which has given him a passion for the animal world. His BPJEPS EEDD diploma allows him to work as a naturalist guide and nature facilitator.
