Just a stone's throw from the Via Cordata, the Herbouilly site and numerous hiking trails, outdoor activity enthusiasts will be delighted in all seasons.
This large 180 m² gîte, which can accommodate up to 15 guests, has 6 bedrooms, including 2 suites on the ground floor with private bathrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor
-A large living room with pellet stove, pool table, XXL sofa and flat screen (TV access, Netflix, Prime video, Canal+)
Accessible to people with reduced mobility with its 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with private bathrooms and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, it will respect everyone's space.
.-A fully equipped kitchen with a Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a twelve-place dishwasher, an induction hob and a large capacity electric oven.
-Two double bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed, equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a wardrobe, and bedroom 2 with a 140x190cm double bed, a sink, a shower cubicle and a wardrobe.
-A separate toilet
-A washing machine and clothes dryer.
Upstairs
-Four bedrooms (bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200cm, bedroom 4: 1 double bed 140x190cm, bedroom 5: 1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm, bedroom 6: 4 single bunk beds 90x190cm).
-A large bathroom of 14m2 with a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, three sinks and a toilet.
-A children's playroom/library.
-A separate office with an additional movable baby bed.

-Two private covered parking lots with three spaces each.

-A fully furnished wooden terrace available (gas barbecue, garden table, etc.).
Useful information
-Heating adjustable by individual radiators in the bedroom and pellet stove in the living room (pellets provided).
- Free baby beds and equipment on request.
- Optional bed linen: 20 euros/double bed and 10 euros/single bed for the stay.
-All rooms have a wardrobe.
-Towels not included.
- Mandatory cleaning fee of 150 euros/stay.
-Non-smoking accommodation.

-Pets are allowed with prior agreement and cost 30 euros/animal/stay.
